The 4th Annual Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway of Valor
Tribute Ride along State Route 38 is to draw attention to the new designated highway that
was named to honor Vietnam Veterans; this ride is sponsored by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #377, 480, and 704 and
by Chapter 17 of the Blue Knights. The 4th annual ride begins at the Owego Free Academy on Sheldon Guile Blvd.,
in Owego, NY on Saturday July 21, 2012. The 98 mile ride kicks off at 10AM from Owego then stopping in
Groton, NY for gas and food, before it continues on to Fair Haven, NY, where there will once again be food and entertainment…The
